Join us with Heather Nelson and Rebacca hart Olander for a poetry reading!

Heather Nelson is a writer based in Cambridge Massachusetts. Her first book of poetry, Motherland, was released by Kelsay Books in May 2025. She currently leads a local free-write group, runs workshops at Grub Street, and plans events for Litcrawl and other community writing experiences. Heather is already working on her next book of poetry.

Rebecca Hart Olander is the author of three books: the chapbook Dressing the Wounds (dancing girl press, 2019), and two full-length collections from CavanKerry Press: Uncertain Acrobats (2021) and Singing from the Deep End (2026). She has taught writing widely, most recently as the James Merrill Visiting Poet at Amherst College, she works with graduate student poets at Wilkes University, and she is the editor/director of Perugia Press. Rebecca grew up in Gloucester and Boston and lives in western Massachusetts.
