Amiri Baraka Scholarship

In October 2013, the GWC welcomed poet Amiri Baraka, who read to a full house at the Cape Ann Museum. Sadly, the poet passed away soon after the reading. This scholarship was established in his name by Susan Pollack and the Kanter/Kallman Foundation to honor Baraka and recognize the significance and lasting impact of his work.
