Workshops & Classes

Whether you're picking up a pen for the first time or polishing a manuscript for publication, Gloucester Writers Center offers a welcoming home for writers of every level. Nestled in the heart of Gloucester's historic harbor, our workshops and classes bring together curious, committed writers in a setting that has long inspired poets, novelists, and storytellers.

From single-session workshops to multi-week craft intensives in fiction, poetry, and memoir, our small classes are led by working writers who care about your growth. Join us in person or online — find what’s calling your name.
